We will always keep you informed of the status of all your orders. After you submit your order, we will send you an e-mail to confirm that we have your order. We normally ship all DVDs within 48 hours of receiving your order when an order is placed between the normal working hours of 8:00am to 5:30pm. We carry ample stock of listed DVDs, so if for any reason we are unable to fill your order, we will contact you immediately via email or phone. Please email us if you have further queries. We accept various types of payment options including all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Bankcard, American Express and Diners Club); we also accept Cheque and Direct Debit payments.
